When you make a purchase, we use reputable courier partners to securely and timeously deliver your purchase to your chosen address, both local and international. Our model is not premised on us being a walk-in facility.
Our staff know their stuff! We have ex-Dell, HP and IBM engineers and technicians looking after the refurbishment and testing of individual components. So, we feel we don’t have to upload videos and photos of our warehouse interior to show boxes and boxes packed with parts. We however have a collection point for those clients who wish to personally collect their orders.
Our model is simple: we stock our warehouse; you search for a part on our site (using Part # or Model #:), we identify it from our stock, have it packaged and, securely have it delivered to you in the knowledge it’s the correct tested part.
Short answer, YES ! via FedEx Global.They deliver only to a physical addresses; not postal addresses.
International Orders :
We will quote you depending on the FedEx rates. The FedEx real-time shipping rates are integrated into our e-commerce platform. This means that before checking out, you should be able to have an idea on the real-time and firm shipping costs from RSA to your address (please note that there are exceptions-some destinations that Tekmart Africa will not ship to). However, there are products that are not for export.
It is the sole and exclusive responsibility of Buyer to understand, verify and comply with all export and re-export requirements relevant to any Products purchased or received from Tekmart Africa. Buyer agrees and confirms that Buyer shall not export or re-export, directly or indirectly, any Products, including any items incorporating such Products, to any country for which any local agency thereof requires an export license or other approval for export or re-export, without first obtaining such license or approval.
In addition, Products shall not be sold, leased, transferred to or used by an End User engaged in activities of mass destruction, or related to the design, development or use of nuclear materials, nuclear facilities, nuclear weapons, or chemical or biological weapons.

We do offer tracking. If you are ordering from our website, an email will automatically be sent to you when your order is shipped. All the courier companies we partner with MUST have end-user parcel tracking capabilities. This will mean that once your order leaves the warehouse and is picked by a partnering courier company, we will send you a tracking number (also called a Waybill Number) to track its progress on the journey to you.
This is through the convenient online tracking feature of their respective websites. This way you’ll always know the location of your parcel as soon as it leaves us en-route to you.
You would need our banking details only if you are buying from us. So, we have conveniently decided that the banking details should only be visible as the last step in your purchase process. You would need to be registered and logged in to perform this.
This will only for those clients who prefer EFT as their mode of payment. We prefer and advise clients to use PayFast; SA leading payment gateway. They are a payment processing service for South Africans and South African websites. They enable easy, secure and instant transfer of money between online buyers and sellers.
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within 14 days of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges) provided goods are unused and are returned in the original condition.
Any claims for damaged order or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of package.
In case following conditions are not met, Tekmart Africa reserves the right to charge 15% handling fee or refuse the return. - the items must be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days of original purchase - items and packaging must be received in new condition - the original manufacture's packaging must not be damaged - packaging must include all original items.
Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the shipping box - return package must include copy the original invoice or sale receipt Before returning package you need to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a Returns Authorization Number (number to be placed on returning package). Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address provided with your Returns Authorization Number.
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Return policy.
When you order from us, we will advise on when we would be shipping your parcel. It all depends on the product. We generally aim to get you your order in 1-3 working days, but it can take longer.
When items are in stock, and mostly are, we can arrange immediate booking of a collection by our preferred courier for ONC (Over Night Courier) service -within RSA; for international shipments, please refer to terms and conditions governing these.
After ordering, processing and preparing your order we will send you a tracking number that you can use to see where your goodies are.

This means that our site uses a thawte SSL123 Certificate to offer secure communications by encrypting all data to and from the site. thawte has checked and verified the site's registered domain name.

Please note that we do NOT hold our stock at the collection address, so you will need to make us aware of the day and time you wish to collect.
We need an hours' grace to have the item (s) delivered from our warehouse to our collection point.

But you need to keep checking as often as possible as the deal products keep on changing on daily.
But they don’t disappear forever. Because we are a stock holding company, these products might come back in stock at a later time with a different price. This is determined by our stock management algorithm that determine what product and when it should offered as a deal.

For your convenience, we offer many products in both preconfigured and customizable variations. We give you the option to customize your server to your exact qualifications.
Please note that if you choose to customize a server or workstation, it may take longer to process because of the upgrades on your equipment. In the customizations, we always insist on validating each and every part that go into your final custom solution.
Only then will we be able to put our stamp on our 1 (one) year Tekmart replacement warranty.
