Would wish to recommend the Tekmart team on an excellent service that we received last week. Our servers went down that also resulted in the VMs also getting off-line. Peter from the support team walked us on what needed to be done telephonically. They diagnosed accurately that it was one drive that failed. Turned out that we needed to replace the IBM drive that was suspect. Suffice to say, shortly after replacing the drive they provided, the RAID was online again and the VMs also came back on. We were able to work again.
